At Mentor Leaders Produce Mentor Leaders, we're dedicated to a holistic approach to mentoring, addressing the physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and cultural needs of our students. As mentors, our aim is to advocate for our youth and serve as positive role models within their community. Through personalized interactions and group discussions, we strive to build lifelong connections by leading by example.

Our methodology is purpose-driven, focusing on specific objectives to ensure the success and development of our youth. These objectives include fostering positive relationships with caring adult/youth mentors, enhancing academic achievement, exploring rewarding educational and career pathways, boosting self-confidence, and promoting healthy lifestyles and habits.

We provide bi-weekly individual homework assistance and academic guidance through tailored tutoring sessions. Additionally, we offer specialized tutoring for students facing challenges or seeking extra support in any subject, particularly in preparation for exams such as the PSSA.

As our students transition into young adulthood, we encourage them to seize leadership opportunities within Mentor Leaders. They can participate in our Student Leadership Council, volunteer in diverse capacities, engage in peer mentoring, and undergo training as peer mediators to resolve conflicts among peers. We prioritize nurturing their leadership abilities, encouraging peer influence, and fostering community engagement.

At Mentor Leaders, our students are organized into age and grade-specific teams, starting from 4th grade and continuing through 12th grade. Working and traveling together throughout the school year, these teams provide a unique environment for individual growth and teamwork. Many students graduate middle school after four years of team collaboration, forming enduring bonds.

We recognize the indispensable role of parents in their child's journey through Mentor Leaders, from middle school to college. Parental engagement, participation in weekend activities, team events, seminars, and timely communication are pivotal components of the Mentor Leaders model. We understand that the partnership between parents and our program is fundamental to each child's success.
